Chuck Clyburn is Senior Vice President for Xerox State Government Solutions (SGS) for Florida Government. Based in Tallahassee, Chuck joined ACS in 2005 and is responsible for overall business strategy, sales, business and civic relationship management and business growth within Florida. He also serves as the Xerox executive liaison to all Xerox SGS business units. Xerox acquired ACS in 2010.

Chuck is a business and civic leader in Tallahassee. He serves on numerous boards including Florida TaxWatch, Workforce Plus, and the Challenger Learning Center. He is the current Chair of the Associated Industries of Florida (AIF) IT Council. He was a member of the State of Florida Government Cost Saving Taskforce for 2010 and 2011. Chuck is involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations including the American Heart Association for which he served as the 2010 Chairman of the Tallahassee HeartWalk and has served on the executive leadership team for the United Way of the Big Bend. Chuck is an active member of the Woodland Hills Community Church and plays keyboards and bass guitar in the church praise band.

Chuck holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and a M.B.A. from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Chuck and his wife Madelin reside in Tallahassee and have two children and one granddaughter.
