Moving the needle in workforce diversity.

Understanding the important role that women and girls play in shaping our workforce and communities, the Big Bend Minority Chamber of Commerce Women’s Business Council and Tallahassee Community College’s – Division of Workforce Development have partnered to create #OppHERtunity.  A movement, that transcends race, gender and social status to create a bridge from poverty to self-sufficiency, a path for the unskilled to skilled and a workforce that is non-diverse to diverse. We are committed to changing minds, creating hope and even more importantly creating #OppHERtunity. Join us!
